Samuel "Sam" Jimenez, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, was a police officer with the Chicago Police Department. On November 19, 2018, Officer Jimenez was tragically killed in the line of duty while responding to a domestic disturbance at Mercy Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. The incident began when Juan Lopez, the ex-fiancé of Dr. Tamara O'Neal, confronted her in the hospital parking lot.
