Jewels Treman Cook, aged 36, was found murdered on June 27, 2007, in Baltimore, Maryland. His body was discovered in the Cylburn Arboretum, a large botanical garden in the northeastern part of the city, by a passerby at around 5:45 a.m. on the morning of June 27.
