Vincent L. Louden, a 41-year-old African American male from Chicago's South Shore neighborhood, was fatally shot on March 14, 2019, in unincorporated Willowbrook, Illinois. The incident occurred in a residential complex near Route 83 and Mockingbird Lane. Louden was one of two individuals shot inside a home during the incident, which was reported around 10:30 a.m. that day. Despite efforts to save him, Louden succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead later that day.
