Carey Faulkner, a 32-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was fatally shot on April 11, 2019. He was found in the backyard of a residence in the 7900 block of South Paulina Street in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on Chicago's South Side. Faulkner had two gunshot wounds to the chest and one to the head, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives recovered a weapon from the scene, but no witnesses have come forward, and the investigation is ongoing.
