Laramie Parker, a 32-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was tragically shot in the head on June 23, 2019, in the Longwood Manor neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 7:47 p.m. in the 9600 block of South Carpenter Street. Witnesses reported that Parker was shot by someone in a light-colored vehicle.
