Quintin Brown, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 27, 2019, in a targeted, gang-related shooting in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Quintin was standing on the sidewalk in the 6900 block of North Glenwood Avenue around 2:15 p.m. when an assailant approached him on foot and opened fire.
