Tory Dukes, a 32-year-old African American man, was found shot to death on September 3, 2019, in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 1:15 a.m. in the 8500 block of South Aberdeen Street and discovered Dukes unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head.
