Leonard Brown, a 33-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 25, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Leonard Brown was sitting in a parked vehicle around 10:23 p.m. when two males approached and opened fire.
