James Lewis, a 76-year-old male, was the prime suspect in the infamous 1982 Tylenol poisonings that resulted in the deaths of seven people in the Chicago area. Despite being the only person ever convicted in connection with the case, Lewis was never charged with the actual murders. He was found dead on July 9, 2023, at his home in Cambridge, Massachusetts. His death was determined to be from natural causes, specifically a pulmonary embolism.
