Charles J. Moore, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 29, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred near the Illinois Institute of Technology campus in the Bronzeville neighborhood. According to reports, Moore was walking in the first block of East 33rd Street around 10:40 p.m. when he was approached by two males on foot.
