Joseph Wright, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 30, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the South Shore neighborhood, specifically in the 2100 block of East 69th Street. According to reports, Joseph Wright and another man, aged 45, were standing on the sidewalk when multiple assailants approached them from behind and opened fire.
