Jason Milton Allen

In the winter of 2007, a 25-year-old Black male named Jason Milton Allen was killed in Baltimore, Maryland, becoming another victim of the city's unrelenting gun violence. The fatal incident occurred on Friday, December 21st, in the 2300 block of Druid Hill Avenue. Emergency responders found Allen at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
