Danyal P. Jones, a 30-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on May 30, 2020, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Avalon Park neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. According to reports, Danyal P. Jones was standing on a front porch in the 8100 block of South Woodlawn Avenue around 2:50 a.m. when a male suspect approached and fired multiple shots.
