Jasean Francis, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on June 20, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. when Jasean and his friends, including 16-year-old Charles Riley, went to a store in South Chicago to buy candy.
