Death by Force

Charles Evans, a 21-year-old male, was tragically shot to death on July 5, 2020, in the Gresham neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. He was standing on the sidewalk around 2:15 a.m. in the 8600 block of South Vincennes Avenue when he was shot in the head. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
