Juan Cervantes-Sierra, a 44-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot to death on August 1, 2020, in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. He was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the neck at approximately 5:25 a.m. in the 6100 block of South Troy Street. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed that he died from his gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
