Darnell Manns, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2020, in Naperville, Illinois. The incident occurred during a domestic argument with his girlfriend, Rosa Lagrone, at her home in an unincorporated area of DuPage County. During the altercation, Lagrone allegedly shot Manns, resulting in a bullet lodging in his spine. Despite being hospitalized, Manns succumbed to his injuries three days later.
