Jorge Chavez, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, Jorge Chavez was fatally shot while on the sidewalk in the 6000 block of South Kilbourn Avenue in the West Lawn neighborhood. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. when an unknown assailant shot him in the head and chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the authorities.
