On a summer evening in Baltimore, the life of a young Black man was tragically cut short. Brandon Christopher Robinson, a 23-year-old male, was found at approximately 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008. The location was the 2800 block of Oakley Avenue. He had been fatally shot.
