Rasaan Mack, a 28-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on February 25, 2021, in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, IL. He was found unresponsive around 8:15 p.m. on the street in the 200 block of North Leclaire Avenue, with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was taken to Loretto Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Cook County medical examiner's office identified him as Rasaan A. Mack, a resident of Garfield Park.
