Michelle Janine Allen, a 35-year-old woman from Elgin, Illinois, was found dead on March 18, 2021. The incident was reported to the police by a female caller who discovered the bodies in a home located in the 900 block of Bluff City Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found Michelle Allen and a man, identified as Derrick Luckett, both with apparent gunshot wounds.
