In the early hours of a Wednesday morning, on November 26, 2008, the body of 29-year-old Alexander Wanganju Njuguna, a Black male, was discovered. He was found at 8:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Woodson Road in Baltimore, Maryland. An investigation revealed that Njuguna had been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The case was investigated by the Baltimore Police Department, with Detective Vernon Parker assigned to the homicide. As of early 2009, Njuguna's killing was one of man ...
