Luis Torres, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 25, 2021, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. in a parking lot located in the 200 block of West 47th Street in the Bronzeville neighborhood. Torres was inside a vehicle when an unknown assailant fired shots, striking him in the neck.
