In the winter of 2008, a Baltimore man's life was cut short in an act of violence that remains unresolved. Ronald Comer Hall, a 46-year-old Black male, was found shot on the evening of Tuesday, December 23, 2008. The incident occurred in the 1700 block of Broadway in the city.
