On February 16, 2009, Rodger Emerson Jr. Evens, aged 24, was found shot to death in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place in the early morning hours, with Evens discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in a residential neighborhood. He was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders. Despite initial investigations by the Baltimore Police Department, no suspects were identified or arrested in connection with the murder.
