Lashonda Hearts, a 47-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on November 15, 2021, in Chicago, IL. She was working as an armored truck driver for GARDA World security services when she was fatally shot during a robbery attempt. The incident occurred around 10:19 a.m. at a Bank of America branch in the Chatham neighborhood.
