Deshawn Thompson, a 19-year-old African American male, was found fatally shot on March 17, 2022, in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago, IL. Police responded to a call of a person shot and discovered Deshawn Thompson unresponsive with gunshot wounds to his face and head in the 1400 block of South Kenneth Avenue around 10:55 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
