Ivan J. Marshall, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 22, 2022, in O'Fallon, Illinois. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Bella Milano, an Italian restaurant where Ivan was employed. On that fateful evening, around 10:30 PM, the O'Fallon Police Department received a distress call reporting a shooting at the restaurant's parking lot.
