Alexander Dumas, a 34-year-old man from Chicago, IL, tragically died on May 27, 2022, after being shot on the Northwest Side of the city. On that fateful evening, Dumas was sitting in a parked car with a woman standing by his driver's side window in the 900 block of North Lockwood Avenue around 10:15 p.m. when they were both struck by gunfire.
