Nicolas Toledo-Zaragoza, a 78-year-old Mexican man, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2022, during a mass shooting at a Fourth of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois. Toledo-Zaragoza was visiting his family in the United States when the incident occurred. He was among the seven victims who were fatally shot by a gunman who opened fire on the parade from a rooftop.
