Andrew Joseph Giancoli, aged 48, was found dead on August 27, 2009, in his vehicle in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 5:36 p.m. when officers from the Anne Arundel County Northern District responded to a call about an injured person near East Ordnance Road and Stahl Point Road.
