On the evening of August 27, 2009, a grim discovery was made on the side of a road in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Andrew Joseph Giancoli, a 48-year-old Caucasian male, was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of his 1998 blue Ford Explorer. The vehicle was parked near the intersection of East Ordnance Road and Stahl Point Road.
