Glen Howard Footman, aged 52, died on November 30, 2009, nearly 14 months after being shot in the Mount Vernon area of Baltimore, Maryland. The shooting occurred on the 600 block of North Howard Street on September 22, 2008. Footman was shot twice while walking hand-in-hand with his partner, leading investigators to consider the possibility of a hate crime.
