Martha Chapman Matich, a 31-year-old woman from Newton, GA, was tragically murdered on March 6, 1986. Her death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of her 11-year-old niece, Lisa Chapman. The perpetrator, Melbert Ray Ford, Jr., was found guilty of these heinous crimes.
