Billy Lynn, a 22-year-old white male, was tragically killed on June 27, 1990, in Muscogee, Georgia. Billy Lynn was the manager of a gas station in Columbus, Georgia, and his life was cut short during an attempted armed robbery. On the day of the incident, Ward Anthony Brockman, along with his accomplices Quenton Lewis, Larry Moore, and Ronald Mathis, planned a series of armed robberies to gather enough money to secure the release of Lewis's brother and a friend from jail.
