Jacqueline Freeman, a 29-year-old African American woman from Jones, Georgia, tragically lost her life on September 25, 1990. Her death was a result of a brutal murder committed by her brother-in-law, Keith "Bo" Tharpe. On that fateful morning, Tharpe intercepted Jacqueline and his estranged wife as they were driving to work.
