Cherish Fountain DeSantis, a 16-year-old Caucasian female from Thomasville, Georgia, tragically lost her life on March 27, 1992. Cherish, along with her best friend Megan Carr, also 16 and from Thomasville, was found dead on a beach at Alligator Point, Florida. The two girls had driven to the beach to enjoy their spring break.
