In a tragic turn of events on December 29, 1994, in Hall County, Georgia, 21-year-old Tonya Woods was killed in a violent rampage. Her life was cut short when Scotty G. Morrow shot and killed her and her friend, 26-year-old Ann Young. Another woman was also seriously wounded during the attack.

The incident prompted a thorough investigation, leading to the arrest of Scotty G. Morrow. In 1999, Morrow faced trial for the murders. A jury found him guilty of the charges, and he was subsequentl ...
