On a Saturday night in May of 2000, a dedicated police investigator named Hugo Fernando Arango, a 24-year-old male, was working in Doraville, Georgia. His life was cut tragically short while he was looking into a report of people breaking into cars. That evening, on May 13, 2000, Investigator Arango was at the Eclipse nightclub on Buford Highway when a patron alerted him to two suspicious individuals in the parking lot.
