On January 29, 2007, the body of 43-year-old Deborah Ann Glover, an African American female, was discovered behind a hotel near a truck stop in Suwanee, Georgia. It was evident from the scene that she had been the victim of foul play, having been shot to death. This grim discovery initiated an investigation that would eventually unravel a string of violent crimes stretching across multiple states.
