Trae Allen, a 19-year-old African American male, was found shot to death in a townhouse in Columbia, Georgia, on May 21, 2007. The townhouse belonged to Charles David Richardson IV, a 23-year-old with a lengthy criminal record. Allen's body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds to the head. He was a close friend of William Arin Richardson, Charles Richardson's younger brother.
