In the spring of 2007, the life of 19-year-old Trae Allen was tragically cut short. An African American male, Allen was discovered on May 21, 2007, inside a townhouse located in the 5200 block of Brook Way in Columbia, Georgia. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his head. The residence where his body was found belonged to 23-year-old Charles David Richardson IV, a man with a significant criminal history.
