George Carr Toe, a 30-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on May 8, 2010. The incident occurred on North Hill Avenue, where he was shot on a Saturday night. Toe was known as a self-employed plumber and handyman, and he also served as the President and CEO of GT Electronics. He lived at 4000 Ridgecroft Road in Baltimore and was a well-known figure among his community and peers.
