Taurus Javon Lewis, a 37-year-old African American male from Baldwin County, Georgia, was tragically shot to death on the evening of July 24, 2014, in Gordon, Georgia. The incident occurred outside a home located at 110 Burney Road around 8:15 p.m. According to reports, Lewis approached the homeowner, Jeffrey King, 29, with a gun.
