Terrell Eugene Hawkins, a 36-year-old African American male, was found dead on the night of January 6, 2015, inside a residence at 618 Third Ave. S.E. in Moultrie, Georgia. Hawkins had been shot multiple times, and another victim, Alexis Davis, a 26-year-old female, was also shot but survived the attack. The incident occurred around 11:00 PM, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was called in to assist with the investigation.
