Kathy N. Smith, a 40-year-old Caucasian woman from Clarkesville, GA, tragically passed away on February 22, 2015. Born on July 24, 1974, in Stephens County, she was the daughter of Richard and Anita Smith Ferguson of Demorest. Kathy worked as an office manager at Dr. Ken Weldon's Dentist office in Clarkesville and was an active member of The Torch Worship Center.
