In the quiet town of Clarkesville, Georgia, a tragedy unfolded on an October evening that left the community in shock. On Saturday, October 7, 2017, 54-year-old Carol Ann Brown, a female, was found deceased outside her apartment on Davis Place Drive. Her life was cut short in what authorities would later describe as a violent murder-suicide.
