Carol Ann Brown, a 54-year-old white female from Clarkesville, Georgia, tragically lost her life on October 7, 2017. Born on May 9, 1963, in Commerce, Georgia, Carol Ann was a homemaker and a member of Timber Ridge Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Willy “Bill” Brown and Sarah Ruth Gudger Brown. Carol Ann was also a mother to four daughters and a grandmother to fourteen grandchildren.
