Bobbie R. Blackmon, a 51-year-old woman from Dearing, GA, tragically lost her life on April 29, 2015. Bobbie, who was born and raised in Augusta, had been a longtime resident of Dearing and was employed at Georgia Regents University. On the morning of her death, deputies from the McDuffie County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to her residence on Randall Road following reports of a shooting.
