Thearon Almond, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 3, 2015, in Panthersville, Georgia. The incident occurred at the A2B Budget Hotel on Ember Drive near Decatur. According to reports, Thearon Almond was visiting his girlfriend at the hotel when he got into an argument with a security guard, Deontray Cooper.
