Death by Force

On October 25, 2010, Darrell Buroughs, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was shot and killed during an altercation that occurred while he was with a group of friends. The incident took place as the group was crossing a footbridge into Baltimore Highlands on Halloween night.
