Tonya Renae Massey, a 34-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on May 30, 2016, in Milledgeville, Georgia. She was at her residence, a mobile home on Lee Street, when the incident occurred. Tonya was sitting in her living room watching television after spending Memorial Day with her two sons when multiple gunshots were fired into her home.
