Angela Katrice Boykins-Gillis, a 40-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on July 11, 2016, in Swainsboro, Georgia. Angela was born on July 6, 1976, and was a well-respected member of her community. She graduated from Swainsboro High School in 1994 and later earned a degree in criminal justice from Georgia Southern University.
